I’ve been a printer, an inventor, and a writer, among a multitude of other things. The country I live in has finally listened to my advice, wise man that I am, and has penned a declaration of independence from Britain. Next, they’re going to send me to France to get some help. This is going to be the beginning of a very long journey and what’s worse, my son has taken the side of these damn redcoats. This will be historical, but there’s just one problem: I’ve already lost nearly all of my hair! So much for any flattering portraits. #FML

It really doesn’t need to be said how grueling and intense a presidential campaign becomes. In addition to fundraising, debates, and campaign stops, there are a multitude of policy areas which need to be addressed as a platform for the candidates. However, in today’s world, interdependence is the name of the game, therefore Newton’s laws don’t just apply to physics: For every American action, domestic or foreign, there is an equal and opposite global reaction.

It might seem that the concept of American influence on the world stage is obvious, but what doesn’t seem obvious is how the foreign policies promoted by a candidate for public office can present whether they truly have Americans’ best interests in mind. In other words, their foreign policy positions can become the proverbial “window to the soul”. CONT..
